GhaRoti (KABSAR Foods) is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer communication, subscriptions, complaints, feedback, renewals, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to build long-term relationships with families and business customers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.
Manage customer subscriptions and renewals.
Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.
Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
Support customer onboarding and retention activities.
Coordinate with sales, production, and delivery teams.
Maintain customer records and reports.
Promote additional GhaRoti products and services to existing customers.
Build strong customer relationships to increase repeat business.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an advantage).
Friendly and professional attitude.
Customer handling and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
Ability to maintain records and reports.
Good listening and follow-up skills.
