Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated B2B Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with B2B platforms such as IndiaMART, Alibaba, or Justdial, with a proven track record in lead generation, client handling, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities through online platforms, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Onboard SMEs, wholesalers, and distributors to our platform by explaining the benefits and service offerings.
Understand client requirements and present customized solutions that meet their business needs.
Handle negotiations and close deals efficiently to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and client communications using CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably with IndiaMART, Justdial, Alibaba, TradeIndia, etc.)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Confidence in client meetings and product presentations
