Job Description

YOR Property is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling residential properties including plots, cottages, and flats in Uttarakhand and the Noida region.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through various marketing channels (online/offline).
Promote and sell plots, cottages, and flats to prospective clients.
Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
Coordinate with the marketing team to execute campaigns.
Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Basic knowledge of the real estate market in Uttarakhand and Noida is preferred.
