As a Telecaller / Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to connect with potential candidates interested in trading and invite them to explore Exvix’s trader development and funding programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain Exvix’s programs and trader opportunities.
Generate interest and schedule meetings or demos with our trading team.
Maintain lead data, follow up regularly, and ensure conversions.
Understand and clearly communicate program details, benefits, and eligibility.
Handle queries professionally and build strong rapport with prospects.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and enrollments.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills (Hindi & English preferred).
Basic understanding of trading / financial markets is a plus (training will be provided).
Confident, proactive, and result-oriented personality.
Ability to handle rejections and follow up consistently.
Basic computer and CRM handling skills.
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
Prior experience in telecalling / sales / financial services preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
