Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing

strategies to promote the company’s products and services, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to support business objectives.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.

• Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into business opportunities.

• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and

engagement.

• Coordinate with design and content teams to create effective promotional materials.

• Organize and participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows.

• Support the sales team by providing marketing collateral and campaign insights.

• Analyze marketing data, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.

• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Pharm, B.Sc., or M.Sc. pass-out candidates preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience in marketing or a similar role (experience in the pharma sector is a plus).

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM software.

• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
