We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to promote products and services, generate new business opportunities, and build strong customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, sales follow-ups, product presentations, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, online platforms, referrals, and other marketing channels.
Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
Explain products and services to prospective clients and address their queries.
Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and maintain daily sales and lead follow-up reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for product demonstrations, quotations, onboarding, and customer support.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide timely responses.
Support the team in developing new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Freshers can apply; experience in sales or marketing will be an advantage.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
