· Design and develop Worm & Helical Gearboxes as per customer and industry requirements.
Gearbox – worm & helical – design engineer

Conduct design calculations for gears, shafts, bearings, and housings.
Work closely with production, quality, and procurement teams to ensure manufacturability.
Perform root cause analysis for design-related issues and implement improvements.
Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and new technologies.
Generate new business leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Promote and sell Worm & Helical Gearboxes to industrial customers.
Prepare and deliver technical & commercial proposals.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Collect and report market intelligence, competitor activities, and pricing trends.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer visits.
