Key Responsibilities:

● Assisting customers with online purchase of term and health insurance plans online.

● Pitching best-suited insurance plans to the customers.

● Explaining plan features and convincing customers to purchase the plan through us.

● Ensuring high conversion ratios on leads provided to them through sales approach and

proper follow ups..

● Customer Handling- answers all questions and concerns customers might have.

● Ensuring work accuracy and customer satisfaction.

● Ensuring adherence to documented processes, procedures, and controls.

Skills Required:

● Candidates with Insurance backgrounds are preferred.

● Good Selling Skills.

● Excellent Communication Skills
