Position: Sales Executive – Travel & Transport Services

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Attend incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide accurate information about transport services.

• Reply promptly to messages, emails, and online inquiries from customers and partners.

• Prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements.

• Book cabs, tempo travellers, and buses for customers on a rental basis.

• Maintain records of bookings, payments, and customer details.

• Coordinate with drivers, fleet managers, and operations teams to ensure timely service.

• Follow up with leads, convert inquiries into confirmed bookings, and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with repeat and new customers.

• Support in promoting services via social media, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage).

• Basic computer skills – MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Business, etc.

• Prior experience in travel agency / transport booking / customer service will be preferred.

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under minimal supervision.

• Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving skills.

Work Schedule:
