We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager who will work from office and focus on:
Cold calling
CRM management
Lead generation
Sales coordination
MS Office reporting
⚠️ This is NOT a Business Development / Field Sales role.
Daily outbound calls to potential clients
Follow-up with warm and hot leads
Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
Update and manage customer database
Track leads, inquiries and conversions
Maintain accurate sales pipeline records
Generate leads through calling, online platforms and database research
Identify potential business opportunities
Coordinate with marketing team for campaign leads
Prepare quotations and proposals
Maintain Excel sheets for sales tracking
Create daily / weekly sales reports
Documentation & email communication
Minimum 2–5 years experience in Sales (Inside Sales preferred)
Strong cold calling experience
Hands-on experience in MS Word & MS Excel
CRM software knowledge
Strong communication & negotiation skills
