Job Description

We are a Vasundhara based manufacturer of custom food cart. we design and build high quality street ready carts. We are looking for a proactive target driven Sales Manager to be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries. You will handle leads via phone & whatsapp. convert equiries into orders, and help us grow our monthly sales. If you can talk to people, close deals,and love targets, we want you.

Key responsibilities:

Lead management: Attend all incoming calls & whatsapp enquiries during business hours

Customer handling: understand customer needs, explain cart models, sizes, customization and pricing clearly

Quotation & follow -ups: Send brochures, photos, videos and formal quotation. Do structured follow ups until closure.

Order Closing: Negotiate Terms, confirm orders, collect advance payment, and coordinate with production team.

CRM & Reporting: Maintain daily leads sheet in Excel/ google sheet. Submit daily call & sales report.

Target achievement: Meet Monthly sales targets set by company.
