• Counsel Prospects:

  • Speak with students or parents to understand their educational background and career goals.

  • Recommend suitable courses, programs, or institutions accordingly.

• Sales & Conversion:

  • Handle inbound inquiries (via phone, email, or online platforms).

  • Follow up on leads and convert them into enrollments.

  • Maintain high conversion rates and meet monthly targets.

  • Track communications and follow-ups for each lead.

• Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all available courses and offerings.

  • Stay up-to-date with new educational trends and updates.

• Customer Service:

  • Guide students through the application process.

  • Address queries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Empathy and patience to understand student needs

• Knowledge of the education industry (especially EdTech)
