Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international travel markets.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and hospitality partners.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with key accounts.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
Conduct training sessions on travel products, destinations, and sales techniques.
Business Development
Expand the company’s presence in new markets (leisure, corporate, MICE – Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions).
Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns and packages.
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
