Job Description:

Propshop is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in the Delhi NCR real estate market, particularly in Channel Partner sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local property landscape, excellent negotiation skills, and a network of active property buyers and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive residential project sales across Delhi NCR through channel partner networks.

• Lead a team of sales executives and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, and clients.

• Identify potential business opportunities and convert leads into successful closures.

• Conduct site visits with clients and provide expert guidance on property options.

• Maintain and update CRM systems and ensure accurate reporting of leads and conversions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in real estate sales within Delhi NCR (Channel Partner experience preferred).

• Deep knowledge of the Delhi NCR real estate market, trends, and inventory.

• Own conveyance is mandatory.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

• Immediate joiners or those with a short notice period will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
