Sales Manager

• Own and achieve overall sales targets for all 3 branches.

• Ensure each branch meets or exceeds its individual sales goals.

• Strategize and implement effective sales plans to drive business growth.

• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and take corrective actions where needed.

• Take daily/weekly reports from Branch Managers and Team Leaders to track progress.

• Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management to branch sales teams.

• Ensure high levels of team productivity, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion.

• Coordinate with marketing and support teams for branch-level execution.

• Conduct regular branch visits and performance audits.

• Report timely updates and MIS to top management.
