Hiring: Sales Manager (Education Sector)

Organization: Indian Institute of Cosmetology, Trichology & Nutrition Pvt Ltd (IICTN)

Location: Andheri (East), 5 min walk from Rly Station.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our admissions team. The ideal candidate will manage a team of telecallers and counselors, ensuring high conversion rates for our specialized courses in Skin Cosmetology, Hair Trichology, and Nutrition.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of telecallers handling inquiries from doctors, graduates, and beauty professionals across India.

Lead Conversion: Oversee the end-to-end sales funnel, from initial inquiry to final enrollment.

Academic Promotion: Effectively explain the value and ROI of our professional certification courses to prospective students.

Performance Tracking: Monitor team targets, provide daily reports, and implement strategies to improve conversion metrics.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all communication with professionals remains high-level, professional, and informative.

Candidate Requirements

Communication: Exceptional fluency in English (Mandatory).

Experience: Prior experience in Sales Management or Telecalling Team Lead roles (Education or Wellness sector preferred).

Skills: Strong negotiation, leadership, and CRM management skills.

Availability: Must be able to work on-site in Mumbai (6 days a week).

Job Details

Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM OR 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Regular Office)

Location: 201, 2nd Floor, Eco Heights, Swami Nityanand Marg, Andheri (East), Mumbai – 400069. (5 mins walk from the station; Above HDFC Bank).

Note: Work from Home or Freelancing is not available.
