Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Experience: Min 3 years

About the Role:

Holistic is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales closures for our mandate-

based residential projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong consultative selling skills

and have experience handling residential buyers from inquiry to booking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to booking closure.

• Ensure prompt follow-up of leads generated through internal marketing initiatives

• and other assigned sources.

• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, project presentations, negotiations, and

• deal closures.

• Monitor sales funnel metrics, conversion ratios, and team productivity.

• Handle customer queries and escalations, ensuring a seamless buying experience.

• Coordinate with the CRM, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure

• smooth booking and documentation processes.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS, forecasts, and pipeline reports.

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to recommend

sales strategies and improve business performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline

• Should have proven track record of achieving sales target

• Should have excellent verbal communication and persuasion

• Should have good experience with lead qualification and objection handling
