Sales Manager cum Trainer – Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Management
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
Track leads, conversions, and overall sales productivity.
Prepare and share sales reports with management.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
2. Team Leadership
Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
Maintain discipline and productivity within the team.
3. Training & Development
Conduct induction and onboarding training for new sales employees.
Provide product, process, and sales skills training.
Organize regular refresher and skill enhancement sessions.
Coach team members on objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
Evaluate training effectiveness and monitor employee progress.
Develop training materials, SOPs, and sales scripts.
4. Quality & Compliance
Monitor call quality and sales practices.
Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes.
Maintain accurate records of training and performance evaluations.
