Job Description

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to convert leads into customers.

Responsibilities:

Call potential customers from provided leads.
Explain our products/services professionally.
Follow up with interested prospects.
Generate qualified appointments or sales.
Maintain call records and update CRM/Excel.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and convincing skills.
Prior telecalling or sales experience is preferred (Freshers can also apply).
