Sales Intern

We are looking for a Sales Intern to support and coordinate our B2C sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, following up with customers, maintaining sales records, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong follow-up ability, and basic knowledge of B2C sales and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming B2C customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.

• Coordinate with the sales team for new leads and customer requirements.

• Prepare and share quotations, price offers, product details, and other commercial documents.

• Follow up with customers for quotations, samples, purchase orders, and repeat orders.

• Coordinate with customers regarding product availability, quantity, pricing, packing, and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate with production, warehouse, dispatch, logistics, and accounts teams for timely order execution.

• Maintain daily sales reports, customer databases, enquiry records, quotations, and order status.

• Update and maintain CRM/Excel records regularly.

• Track pending enquiries, open quotations, confirmed orders, dispatches, and payments.

• Follow up with customers for pending payments and outstanding invoices as required.

• Support the sales team in customer communication and order processing.

• Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, invoices, delivery details, and customer correspondence.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and follow-up reports for management.

• Maintain good relationships with existing B2C customers.

• Identify opportunities for repeat orders and communicate them to the sales team.

• Handle customer complaints and coordinate internally for timely resolution.

• Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
