We are hiring dynamic and target-driven Sales Executives for outbound calling roles. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, and converting leads into sales. Candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are preferred.
Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote company products/services
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions
Follow up with prospects to ensure sales closure
Work closely with the team to achieve overall sales goals
Maintain professionalism during customer interactions
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Good command over English (verbal & written)
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Basic computer knowledge
Experience in telesales/outbound calling is an advantage
Minimum: 12th Pass
Graduates preferred
