Key Responsibilities:
Handle Resort reservations via phone, email & online channels
Coordinate with Front Office & Sales for bookings
Maintain accurate reservation records
Ensure timely confirmations and guest communication
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in reservations
English proficiency is a must; Hindi & Marathi language known
Preferably from the Hospitality Industry
Good communication & computer skills
Knowledge of PMS/booking systems preferred
Customer-focused and detail-oriented
