Salary: • Experienced (6 months – 1 year): ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month • Freshers: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month Job Overview: We are looking for confident and motivated Telecaller Sales Executives to join our dynamic team at Your Digital Lift. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, target-driven, and possess excellent communication skills. Candidates with telecalling or sales experience are preferred, but freshers with strong English communication skills are highly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company services. • Convert leads into customers through effective sales communication. • Follow up regularly with interested prospects to close deals. • Maintain proper call logs, lead records, and follow-up schedules in the CRM. • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. • Provide relevant information to customers and answer their basic queries. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support business growth. Requirements: • Experience: 6 months to 1 year (Freshers can also apply). • Communication: Excellent communication skills with fluent English are mandatory. • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, persuasive communication, and basic computer knowledge. • Personality: Confident, polite, and customer-oriented approach. • Availability: Comfortable working 6 days a week from the office.
