We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at XpressBees Logistics. This role involves acquiring new clients, promoting logistics and courier solutions, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, confident in communication, and motivated to grow in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various sales channels
Present and promote XpressBees logistics services to potential customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions
Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively
Maintain records of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
Job Requirements / Qualifications:
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate / MBA
Experience: 0.5 – 3 years in sales (Freshers can also apply)
Strong communication and convincing skills
Customer-centric approach
Basic computer knowledge
Experience in Sales, Lead Generation, or Logistics will be an added advantage
