Understand client investment goals and risk appetite, and suggest appropriate plans or packages.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain and update client data in CRM systems.
Handle client queries regarding stock market tips, investment plans, and subscriptions.
Coordinate with the research/advisory team to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
Maintain relationships with existing clients for renewals and upselling of services.
Stay updated with market trends, stock updates, and financial product
