We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales & Marketing Officer to spearhead the sales of our international and domestic holiday packages, with a specific focus on European and ASEAN destinations.

This is a sales-centric role, where your primary responsibility will be to convert leads into successful bookings through strong follow-ups, persuasive communication, and deep product knowledge. You will engage with potential clients, understand their preferences, and offer customized travel solutions — from itinerary planning to booking and documentation support.

Looking for a sales-driven travel professional with proven experience in selling international holiday packages, especially for Europe and ASEAN countries. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a track record of exceeding targets, and working knowledge of flight bookings, itinerary planning, and visa processes, including transit visas..

 A proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets, especially in selling holiday packages for destinations, with a specialization in Europe and ASEAN regions.

 Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to connect with diverse and deliver persuasive travel consultations across phone, email, and in-person international interactions.

 Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, handle objections, and guide customers toward the right travel solutions through consultative selling techniques.

 Practical knowledge of international flight bookings, customized itinerary creation, and visa processes, including transit visa regulations and documentation support.

 A proven ability to perform in high-pressure, target-driven environments while upholding the quality and integrity of the customer experience.

 A collaborative team player who coordinates effectively with internal departments (operations, visa, and marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery from inquiry to post-travel support.
