Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales tellecaller Executive to join our team Wealthwave Solutions. involve making outbound calls to prospects, explaining products/services, handling inquiries, persuading customers to buy, managing leads, upselling, resolving issues, and meticulously updating customer records to meet daily sales targets and ensure a positive customer experience. The position offers In Hand Salary and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Contacting prospective or existing customers for personal loan opportunities.

• Lead Generation & Nurturing: Identifying potential customers, converting them from "suspects" to "prospects," and consistently following up.

• Product Explanation: Clearly detailing loan features, benefits, interest rates, and eligibility criteria.

• Needs Analysis: Asking questions to understand customer requirements and profile their eligibility.

• Application Process: Guiding customers, collecting necessary documents, and ensuring accuracy.

• Customer Service: Handling queries, resolving issues, building rapport, and ensuring a smooth process.

• Sales Targets: Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and disbursements.

• Data Management: Maintaining accurate customer records, call logs. 

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and Min 6 month experience. The role requires strong communication and customer handling, needing skills in explaining financial products, objection handling and meeting sales targets, often with basic financial understanding and document handling experience. Candidates must be open to 6 Working Days during the Day shift.
