Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ,fresher and results-driven Sales executive to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting sales targets, designing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals. This role demands a highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition

Identify and approach potential clients for various loan products (personal, business, mortgage, etc.)

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and follow-ups

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities

🔹 Sales & Revenue Generation

Promote and sell suitable loan products based on client needs and eligibility

Develop customized loan solutions tailored to client financial situations

Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

🔹 Loan Application Processing

Assist clients in completing loan applications and collecting required documents

Coordinate with internal teams (underwriting, processing, compliance) to ensure smooth processing

Ensure all documentation and processes adhere to company policies and regulatory standards

🔹 Relationship Management

Manage existing client relationships for retention, cross-selling, and referrals

Qualifications: 12th pass to gradudate
