Sales Executive

We are expanding our sales team and looking for confident male & female Sales Executives who can handle call-based sales and convert inquiries into consultations. You will not be required to search for customers — warm leads will be provided, already containing 75% of the client’s information. Your job is to communicate, understand their needs and convert successfully those into sales.

Job Title: Senior Sales Executive (Tele-Sales / On-Call Conversion)

Industry: Astrology | Reiki Healing | Spiritual Consultation Services

Salary Range: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 / Month (+ Performance Based Growth)

Hiring: Male & Female Both Eligible

Experience Required: 3–4 Years in Sales

Qualification: Post Graduate Preferred

Your Key Responsibilities (KRA)

• Handle inbound & outbound sales calls professionally

• Convert warm inquiries into paid consultations (primary target)

• Communicate confidently, explain services clearly & build reports

• Maintain and update client records accurately in CRM/spreadsheets

• Verify data, correct details & highlight any inconsistencies

• Prepare basic reports for team review when needed

• Maintain confidentiality & quality communication at all times
