Job Role: Sales Executive (Telecalling + Order Management)

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Vs Astrologers And Healers Llp. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹12,000 - ₹15,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.

• Communicate with relevant teams to clarify data inconsistencies and improve processes.

• Verify data accuracy, correct errors and identify irregularities promptly.

• Ensure data accuracy and accessibility to facilitate smooth operations.

• Generate reports and summaries to aid internal decision-making processes.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and candidate must be a fresher. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• 📞 Handle customer calls & convert inquiries into sales

• 🛒 Manage and process daily orders efficiently

• 💬 Coordinate with customers for order confirmation & support

• 📊 Maintain and update customer data in systems & spreadsheets

• 🔍 Verify order details, correct errors & ensure accuracy

• 📦 Track orders and update customers regularly

• 📑 Generate basic reports for sales & order tracking

• 🔒 Maintain confidentiality of customer data

🎯 Job Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred

• Graduate (Fresher & Experienced both can apply)

• Good communication skills (Hindi must, basic English)

• Basic knowledge of telecalling / customer handling

• Attention to detail & ability to manage multiple tasks

• Active, responsible & quick learner

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with Freshers.
