Sales Executive

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Direct Sales Representative to join our team. You’ll be responsible for identifying prospects, presenting products or services, and closing deals directly with customers. This role demands excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers

• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

• Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies

• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings

Requirements

• Proven experience in direct sales or a similar role

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Having minimum 3 years’ experience

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred

• Must be graduate in any stream.
