We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and closing deals to achieve business growth.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor offerings.
Present and promote products/services to potential clients.
Schedule and attend client meetings, product demos, and sales presentations.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Keep accurate records of all sales activities in CRM or reporting tools.
Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
Proven experience in sales or a similar role is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Basic computer skills (Excel, email, CRM tools).
Ability to travel as needed (if applicable).
