Tele-Sales & Support Executive – 1-4 yrs, fluent English, confident on calls and conversions
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Make around 100 calls/day to new inquiries and follow-up leads
Speak confidently with parents, answer their questions, and guide them toward enrollment
Handle inbound queries from WhatsApp and phone calls
Explain class offerings, levels, and trainer credentials clearly over the phone
Send class details, links, and updates through WhatsApp Business
Update lead status and call outcomes in our CRM system (training provided)
Collect feedback from existing students’ parents to improve service quality
🧠 Requirements
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales preferred
Confident phone presence and ability to handle objections
Comfortable using WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, and CRM software
Friendly, persuasive, and driven by targets
