Sales Executive KRA
Do Sales closures on the leads generated through different Channels and filtration
and leads verification process.
Develop personalised sales pitches and proposals to convert leads into sales of IT
products.
Track and report on sales conversion rates and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and execute strategies and acquire new B2C(Basic Responsibility) & B2B
clients each month.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align efforts and maximise lead generation
potential.
Maintain a detailed database of potential and existing clients, tracking interactions
and progress.
Relationship Management
● Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing B2B clients.
● Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Gather and act on feedback from clients to improve products and services.
Reporting and Analysis:
● Prepare regular reports on lead generation, sales conversion, and campaign
performance.
● Analyse data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
● Present findings and recommendations to the management team.
