Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller (Finance / Loan Process)

Location: Indore
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)
Salary: Fixed + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

  • Call customers from provided database

  • Explain loan products (Personal Loan / Business Loan)

  • Collect basic customer details and requirements

  • Coordinate with sales team for file processing

  • Follow up with customers till disbursement

  • Maintain daily call and lead records

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)

  • Confident and polite calling style

  • Basic knowledge of loans or sales (training will be provided)

  • Ability to achieve daily calling targets
