Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Academic Counsellor to guide students in selecting the right courses, understanding academic goals, and making informed career decisions. The role involves counselling via phone, in-person, or online, maintaining student records, and supporting them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents about courses, career paths, and educational programs.

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow up on inquiries.

• Assist in enrolment processes and document verification.

• Maintain regular communication with students to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Achieve weekly/monthly enrolment targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Education background preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Prior experience in counselling or sales is a plus.

• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
