Job Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email and other platforms.
Generate new business leads and convert enquiries into sales.
Promote laboratory equipment, micropipettes, centrifuge machines, microscopes and other scientific instruments.
Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors and customers.
Follow up with existing and potential customers for orders.
Prepare quotations, process orders and coordinate with the dispatch team.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer records.
Explore new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
Customer handling and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, WhatsApp and Email).
Experience in laboratory equipment sales will be an advantage.
Qualification & Experience
Minimum Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Sales experience preferred.
