UBS Forum is hiring highly motivated and presentable candidates for the role of Delegate Sales & Conference Producer. The company organizes premium business conferences attended by top CEOs, industry leaders, and high-level professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for making 100–150 outbound calls daily to potential delegates, introducing them to upcoming conferences, and effectively convincing them to book their seats. You will also support the conference production process by understanding market needs, researching industry trends, and helping in the planning of high-impact events. Strong English communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with senior professionals and representing the organization. The profile welcomes freshers and experienced candidates, and applicants who have completed 10th, 12th, or graduation are all eligible. All Saturdays are working, and candidates must be confident, well-spoken, and able to meet daily and monthly targets. The offered CTC ranges from ₹4.5 to ₹5 LPA, based on performance and interview evaluation.
