We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our travel agency in Faridabad. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, preferably from the travel and tourism industry, and be confident in handling client interactions and Tele-calling.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
Promote and sell travel packages, tours, and services to customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Prepare and share quotations with clients.
Follow up on leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer data and daily sales reports in Excel.
Coordinate with the operations team for booking and itinerary management.
Required Skills:
Good communication & interpersonal skills with Self motivation.
Basic knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
Confidence in Tele-calling and customer handling.
Ability to communicate in Basic English.
Sales-oriented Mindset and positive attitude.
