Job Summary

The SS Realty is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive property sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about available properties.

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.

• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.

• Follow up with prospective and existing clients.

• Negotiate sales terms and assist clients throughout the purchase process.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction processing.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new property developments.

Required Experience

• Freshers are welcome, 0–5 years of experience in sales, telecalling, bpo, insurance sector, policy sector or any sales-related role.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
