Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive who is energetic, target-oriented, and passionate about sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, handling leads, meeting clients, promoting our retail interior design, furniture and turnkey solutions, and converting enquiries into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through calls, references, networking and market visits.

• Identify and develop leads from retail brands, corporate clients, architects, interior designers, contractors and commercial projects.

• Handle incoming enquiries and understand client requirements.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations and site visits.

• Promote company’s interior design, furniture and turnkey solutions.

• Prepare and explain quotations and commercial proposals.

• Follow up regularly with prospective clients and convert leads into orders.

• Negotiate with clients and support the sales closure process.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate lead, enquiry and follow-up records.

• Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Production and Project teams for smooth execution.

Candidate Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Interior / Furniture / Construction / Building Material industry.

• Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales can also apply.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good convincing, negotiation and presentation skills.

• Strong follow-up and client-handling abilities.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel / CRM will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of Hindi, Marathi and English is preferred.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
