Summary -A Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, promoting products/services, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate leads and identify potential customers.
· Explain products/services to customers and address their queries.
· Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective clients.
· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
· Maintain and update customer records in the system.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
· Prepare and submit sales reports and performance updates.
· Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
· Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
