Job Role

We are looking for Sales Executives who can engage with potential franchise clients, present our business model, and successfully close franchise sales. The role is focused purely on sales conversion – leads will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential franchise clients (leads provided by the company).

• Present Techwizardry’s franchise model, benefits, and value proposition.

• Build trust with clients by highlighting brand credibility, market demand, and service quality.

• Convince potential clients to partner with us by addressing their concerns and showcasing long-term profitability.

• Follow up with interested leads, manage client queries, and close franchise sales.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales progress.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of franchise partners.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Franchise Sales / Corporate Sales (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

• Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi/regional languages are an added advantage).

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.

• Goal-driven and self-motivated with a passion for sales.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
