Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to drive membership sales, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of TAISO Fitness Gym. The ideal candidate should be energetic, confident, and passionate about fitness and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, calls, and digital platforms

• Convert prospects into members by explaining gym services, pricing, and benefits

• Conduct gym tours and effectively present facilities to potential clients

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain strong follow-ups with leads and prospects

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with members

• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally

• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and sales activities

• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events

• Upsell personal training packages and other services

  Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent sales and negotiation abilities

  • Confident personality with a customer-first approach

  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment

  • Basic knowledge of fitness and gym services (preferred)

  • Good organizational and follow-up skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools is a plus.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred)

    • 1–3 years of experience in sales (fitness industry experience is a plus)

    • Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
