Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Tele sales Executive to join our B2B sales team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting business relationships over calls. You will be responsible for generating leads, explaining products/services, and closing deals with business clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients to promote company products/services.

• Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.

• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate client records and sales reports in CRM or Excel.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new business clients.

• Coordinate with the field sales team for client meetings and closures.

• Handle objections and resolve customer queries efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B tele sales / tele calling / inside sales.
  (Freshers with good communication and interest in sales may also apply.)

• Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English (Gujarati preferred).

  • Strong negotiation and convincing skills.

  • Basic knowledge of computer and online platforms (CRM, Excel, Email, etc.).

  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
