Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation:

    Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and attending industry events. 

  • Client Engagement:

    Conduct meetings, virtually or in person, to present and demonstrate products or services, explaining their benefits to potential customers. 

  • Sales Closure:

    Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing, and agreements, ensuring satisfaction for both the client and the company. 

  • Account Management:

    Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify opportunities for repeat business, and provide after-sales support. 

  • Market Analysis:

    Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities to maintain a competitive edge. 

  • Sales Strategy:

    Develop and implement sales strategies and goals to increase revenue and expand the company's market reach. 

  • Record Keeping:

    Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. 

  • Reporting:

    Generate reports on sales performance, market conditions, and progress towards targets.
