Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers. • Handle customer inquiries and provide suitable product information. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. • Generate leads through calls, references, online platforms, and other sales activities. • Follow up with customers regularly and convert leads into sales. • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service. • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or solutions. • Stay updated about products, pricing, and market trends.
Requirements:
• 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field. • Female candidates only. • Preference for candidates who speak Marathi or Telugu, or candidates from UP and Bihar. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Strong negotiation and convincing skills. • Customer-oriented attitude and professional approach. • Ability to work independently as well as in a team. • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and other computer applications.
