We are looking for a highly motivated and persuasive B2C Tele-calling Sales Executive to join our growth-oriented team. The primary goal of this role is to engage with potential individual customers, explain our product range and convert leads into successful sales.
Outbound Sales: Call potential B2C customers from provided databases to introduce our Product and service range.
Product Consultation: Educate customers on various chimney types (T-Shape, Curve Glass, Inclined, etc.) and technical features like Suction Power ($m^3/h$), BLDC Motors, and Heat Auto-Clean technology also our service.
Lead Conversion: Nurture leads through the sales funnel—from the initial introduction to closing the deal.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a detailed log of calls, follow-ups, and customer feedback in Excel or CRM.
Objection Handling: Confidently address customer queries regarding pricing, installation, warranty, and maintenance.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily calling quotas and monthly sales targets.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (High School graduates with exceptional sales experience may apply).
Experience: 6 Month –1 years of experience in B2C Tele-sales, preferably in Home Appliances, Electronics, or Kitchenware and service industries.
Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi. Must have a clear, professional, and friendly telephonic voice.
Sales Acumen: Strong ability to pitch product and service benefits over features and a proven track record of closing sales over the phone.
Resilience: Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain high energy throughout the day.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn and explain technical product specifications.
