Job Description

CRE JD:

• Client Handling: Interacting with clients face to face and over phone calls. Handling meeting of the clients coming to our office for shoots. Explaining clients about our services in detail and convincing them to enroll. Resolving client’s issues.

• Client Servicing: Maintaining Proper formal relationship with clients and looking into timely delivery of the services to the clients. Looking into shoot line-ups for the clients who are already registered with us.

• Data Management - Maintaining Proper data of the clients.

• Calling - New Calls to clients on hot leads provided by company. Follow-up calls. Shoot line-up calls.

• Reports – Submitting Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports on time.

• Additional work might be given as and when required.
