Identify and contact potential customers to promote telecom products and services.
Generate leads and build strong client relationships through outbound calls and online communication.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable telecom solutions.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain detailed and updated customer records in the CRM system.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with telecom industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
0.6 to 1 years of experience in International or Telecom Sales preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable working in a night shift (US process).
